savory croissants # 2: what's inside?

Thanks to our friend the super recipe ... which, I confess, I immediately tried the easy version, or with the puff pastry.
Once cut into triangles, spread the pastry, I quote:
1 - in a couple of triangles, diced ham, from a slice of ham up just over half a cm, along with some diced mozzarella
2 - in a couple of triangles, mortadella, diced (as described above for the ham), diced mozzarella and always
3 - in the other two triangles, grilled artichokes cut into four parts, together with diced ham (as above)
4 - with the remaining pastry I did a little 'old croissant empty (but we could have also magnificent pizzettine, rontondi with a dash of tomato and a cube of mozzarella ..)
